7. The applicant sha�l comply with the City Engineer's memo dated February 27, <br />2008, prior to any site preparation and the execution of the Site Plan <br />Agreement. <br />8. The applicant shall cornply with the B�ilding Official's memo dated February <br />22, 2008, prior to any site preparation and the execution oi the Site PIan <br />Agreement. <br />9. The applicant shall obtain all necessary pertnits, including, but not limited to, <br />NPDES, Rice Creek Watershed District, Ramsey County and City Erosian <br />Control permits, pr�or to the executzon of the Site Plan Ageement. <br />I D. The applicant shaII s�bmit revised plans for the twenty foot wide roadvvay, <br />subject to City Planner an� Building Official approval, prior to the execution <br />of the Site Plan Agreement. <br />I l. The property owner shall be responsib�e far regular rr�aintenance of the <br />underground infiltraFion basin. <br />12. Any direci, untreated pipe discharges into Lake Jahanna and Little Lake <br />Johanna located within this phase's construction limits wil� be eIiminated. <br />The remaining direct, untreated discharges will be elir�inated in subsequent <br />phases. <br />l3. (Revised) Areas showing 2:1 slapes shall �e sodded with Fescue no mow sod, <br />and subject to additional �andscaping treatments should the City Engineer <br />determine that erosion is occurri�g in ihose locations. <br />14. All retaining walls shall be laheled with proposed elevations. <br />15. The location of water rnain shall be adjusted to have ten-foot (10') separat�on <br />from any para}lel sanitary or storm sewer pipe, prior to the execution of �e <br />Site Plan Agreemer�t. <br />l6. The applicant shaIl ider�tify the water source for the praposed irrigation <br />system, subject to City Engineer Appraval, prior to t�e executivn of the Site <br />Plan Agreernent. <br />] 7. The project shall be subject to the Fire Marshal approval. The app�icant sha11 <br />compIy with any eonditions set by the Fire Maxshal. <br />18. Upon cort�pletion of the project, the City may require additional vegetation, <br />berming, fencing, and/or other types of screening to further reduce or <br />eliminate light from the proposed parking Iot, roadway, and related vehicular <br />
