The applieant for Master P�an approval <br />of a PUD shall comptete and submit to the zoning administratar an application <br />on such forms as are provided by the administrator, together witn the required <br />fee and six (6) copies of the documes�tation as required in Section 1355 anc� <br />Appendix A, Procedure Manuat. <br />C. Adrninistrative Procedure. After submission af the application and <br />documentation required, the City of Arden Hills shall follow the <br />adrninistrative procedure for obtaining a PUD pertnit set forth in Section <br />� 355.04 Subd 6. Nothing herein contained shall be deEmed to forbid ar <br />discourage informal consultations between the applicant and the City Planner <br />prior ta the fiIing af an applieation for Master P1an approval, provided no <br />statement or representatian made by said planner shall be binding upon the <br />City of Arden Hills. <br />D_ P�ocedure foz' Council Action. The procedure �or Couneil action in <br />Chapter � 355.04 Subd 6 shall apply. <br />E. Effect of PUD Master Plan Approval. A PUD Master i'la� w}zich has <br />been given approval as submitted, ar which has been given approval with <br />eonditions which have been accepted by the appIicant, provided the applicant <br />has not defaulted r�or violated any of the conditions of the approval, shall not <br />be modified or revoked nor otherwise impaired by aetian of the City pending <br />an app�ication for FinaI Plan approval, without the consent of the applicant, <br />provided an applacation for Final Plan approval is submitted to the City in the <br />manner hereinafter provided within six (6) months of the date on whieh <br />approvaI of the Master Plan was granted by the Council. This Pinal Plan <br />Subrn�ssion requirement within six (b) montY�s shal� be waived for campus- <br />type developments for either institutions or business and ind�strial <br />de�elopment. The Counci� may, only upon written request by the applieant, <br />extend this six-montY� period. In the event the applicant shall fail to file said <br />appIication for Final Plan approval or request a tinne extension within said six <br />(6} mvnth period, upon the expiration of said period of time the appraval of <br />his Master Plan shall be deemed to have been revoked atld nullified. <br />�. Other Requirements Applicable to a PUD Mastex Plan Approval. In <br />makrng its decision as ta whether to approve the appIicant's PUD Master Plan <br />the City Council shall be guided by the provisions of Section � 355.b4 Subd <br />3.B. Council action on the PUD shall follow the provision of Seetion <br />1355.fl5. <br />G.
