ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — August 8, 2011 10 <br />7.A. Cruisin' for St. Jude Fundraising Event — Flaherty's Arden Bowl (continued) <br />On -Sale Only License for a One -Time Fundraising Event, Cruisin' for St. <br />Jude, to be Held in the Parking Lot of Flaherty's Arden Bowl on August 20, <br />2011. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to Add a <br />Condition that Flaherty's would Contract with the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />Office to have a deputy on site from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. <br />Councilmember Holmes asked if they would be serving beer after the band was done playing at <br />9:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Grant stated after the band is done then those remaining could move inside Flaherty's. <br />Mr. Flaherty stated that once the band is done at 9:00 p.m. they can stop serving outside and <br />move everyone inside. <br />The motion was called to a vote. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br />Require the Parking Lot Configuration for the Event Follow the Plans <br />Submitted to the City Council Including the Use of the Overflow Parking Lot <br />and Having the Entrance/Exit Aisles Clear. <br />Councilmember Tamble asked if the overflow parking lot was adjacent to the parking lot being <br />used for the event. <br />Mr. Flaherty clarified the location of the two parking lots. <br />The motion to amend was called to a vote. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). <br />Councilmember Holden requested the cell phone numbers for the responsible people on site be <br />provided to the City. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to Add a <br />Condition that 4 Portable Toilets be Provided on Site. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5 -0). <br />The main motion with the three amendments was called to a vote. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). <br />
