ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — August 8, 2011 10 7.A. Cruisin' for St. Jude Fundraising Event — Flaherty's Arden Bowl (continued) On -Sale Only License for a One -Time Fundraising Event, Cruisin' for St. Jude, to be Held in the Parking Lot of Flaherty's Arden Bowl on August 20, 2011. MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to Add a Condition that Flaherty's would Contract with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office to have a deputy on site from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Councilmember Holmes asked if they would be serving beer after the band was done playing at 9:00 p.m. Mayor Grant stated after the band is done then those remaining could move inside Flaherty's. Mr. Flaherty stated that once the band is done at 9:00 p.m. they can stop serving outside and move everyone inside. The motion was called to a vote. The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to Require the Parking Lot Configuration for the Event Follow the Plans Submitted to the City Council Including the Use of the Overflow Parking Lot and Having the Entrance/Exit Aisles Clear. Councilmember Tamble asked if the overflow parking lot was adjacent to the parking lot being used for the event. Mr. Flaherty clarified the location of the two parking lots. The motion to amend was called to a vote. The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). Councilmember Holden requested the cell phone numbers for the responsible people on site be provided to the City. MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to Add a Condition that 4 Portable Toilets be Provided on Site. The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). The main motion with the three amendments was called to a vote. The motion carried unanimously (5 -0).
