ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — August 8, 2011 3. Approval of Minutes Councilmember Holden stated on page 3, the thirteenth line, "Aden Hills" should be changed to "Arden Hills." Councilmember Holden stated on page 5, the first paragraph, the first line, the word "staff' should be removed. Councilmember Holden stated on page 6, the eighth paragraph, should be changed to "Councilmember Holden stated that residents have been talking about this for years ... " Councilmember Holden stated on page 16, the last line, the word "overflowing" should be changed to "hose breaking." C. July 18, 2011, City Council Work Session Meeting Councilmember Holden stated on page 6, the third paragraph, "3-15" should be changed to read "3 of 15 ". D. July 18, 2011, Special City Council Meeting MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Tamble seconded a motion to Approve the June 27, 2011, Regular City Council Meeting minutes and the July 18, 2011, Special City Council Meeting minutes as presented and the July 11, 2011, Regular City Council Meeting minutes, the July 18, 2011, City Council Work Session minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). 4. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item — Claims and Payroll. B. Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 2011 -040: A Resolution Supporting Federal Transportation Enhancement Program Funding Application Submittal for an Off- Street Shared Use Trail on County Road E /Lake Johanna Boulevard. C. Motion to Approve Change Order #1 for 49,322.60 and Payment #1 to Astech Corp., of St. Cloud, Minnesota, in the Amount of $243,133 .22 for the 2011 Pavement Management Program. MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Tamble seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). 5. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS None.
