I have given the goals some attention; but as you know, to a significant degree <br />these goals have taken a back seat to other higher priority work projects, especially the TCAAP <br />proposals. <br /> <br /> <br />Below are some comments on the goals that the City Council identified for me. <br /> <br />Goal 6 Establish guidelines for how Council Liaisons interact with Commissions and <br />Committees. <br /> <br />Priority: Medium <br />Year Initiated: 2012 <br />Goal Completed <br /> <br />2012 Action Items <br /> <br />The City Council held work sessions on this topic on February 13, 2012, August 8, 2012, <br />and September 17, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br />On October 8, 2012, the City Council adopted the updated version to the City <br />Commissions, Committees, and Task Forces: Recruitment, Appointment, and Term <br />Limit Policy. <br /> <br /> <br />On November 13, 2012, the City Council approved the City Council Liaison Policies. <br /> <br />13 <br />Page of <br /> <br />
