ATTACHMENTA <br />TheContractorshallagreethatitistheCity'ssolerighttoclearlyspecifytheresidentsortingandsetout <br />requirements.TheCityshallpublishanddistribute,onanannualbasis,detailedrecyclables <br />preparationinstructionsforitsresidentsaspartofitsannualeducationflyer.However,theCity <br />agreestoconferwiththeContractorbeforetheflyer <br />TheCityRetainsRighttoSpecifyResidentPreparationInstructionsandShallApprove/š“·©-·š©x­ <br />Form <br />0.31 <br />PublicEducationLiteratureCityShallPublicEducation <br />TheContractorshallagreethatitisthe/z·äx­solerighttoclearlyspecifytheresidentsortingandsetout <br />Form <br />requirementsasdescribedinSection5.TheContractorshallconductitsownpromotionsandpubliceducation <br />toincreaseparticipationandimprovecompliancewithCityspecifiedresidentpreparationinstructionasperthe <br />publiceducationelementsoftheannualworkplan.Ataminimum,thisshallinclude: <br />Productionanddistributionofanannualflyertoeachhome,thisflyertoinclude <br />Annualcalendarandmapofcurbsiderecyclingdistrictsfor{­z“mŒ;family7Þ;ŒŒz“m­| <br />o <br />Listofmaterialstobeincludedforrecycling <br />o <br />Listofmaterialsexcludedthatcannotberecycledinthe/z·äx­program <br />o <br />Generalinformationaboutcurbsiderecyclinginstructions <br />o <br />Howtopreparematerials. <br />o <br />Distributionof{©;­z7;“·education·m­|tobeleftbycurbsidecollectioncrewsifanynontargeted <br />materialisrejectedandleftatthecurb. <br />AspartoftheagreeduponannualworkplanbetweentheCityandContractortheremaybeadditional <br />Form <br />educationinitiatives.Someoftheseinitiativescanbe,butarenotlimitedto;Residentworkshopsonbackyard <br />Form <br />compostingorpreventingwastedfood,additionalnewsletterarticlesprovidingadditionalinformationabout <br />recyclingandotherzerowasteissues,publicaccesscablevideosonrecyclingtopics,communityforumsto <br />discussandgetfeedbackonrecyclingandzerowasterelatedissuesandservices,SupporttomakeCity <br />sponsoredeventszerowaste. <br />TheContractorshallconductitsownpromotionsandpubliceducationtoand <br />improvecompliancewithCityspecifiedresidentpreparationinstructionsperthepubliceducation <br />elementsoftheannualworkplanAtaminimum,thisshallproductionanddistributionofan <br />annualflyertoeachhome;anddistributionof"residenteducationtags"tobeleftbycurbsidecollection <br />crewsifanynontargetedmaterialisandleftatthecurb.TheContractorshallsubmitadraftof <br />anypubliceducationliteratureapprovalbytheCity,atleastone(1)monthbeforeprintingandrelease <br />ofanysuchliterature. <br />1413.ofWorkProduct <br />Ownershipofalldrawings,designs,proprietarymaterials,andotherworkproductsproducedor <br />developedinperformanceofthisContract,includingthoseinelectronicshallberetainedbythe <br />Contractor.Contractoragreesthatallright,title,andinterestincopyrightablematerialwhich <br />Contractorshallconceiveororiginate,eitherindividuallywithothers,andwhicharisesoutofthe <br />performanceofthisContract,shallbeby,andonbehalfofthecitybyTheContractor,forthe <br />durationofthecontractperiodandsubsequentextensions. <br />Ownershipofallreports,andphysicalcopiesofworkproductspreparedorproducedperformanceof <br />thisContract,excludingthoseinelectronicform,shallberetainedbyTheuponcompletionor <br />terminationoftheprojectandfinalpaymenttothe <br />
