ATTACHMENTA <br />1514.of <br />Contractorwillkeepaccuraterecordsconsistingofanapprovedweightslipwiththetime, <br />collectionroute,driver'sname,vehiclenumber,tareweight,grossweightandweightforeach <br />loadedvehicle.Collectionvehicleswillbeweighedaftercompletionofrouteorattheendoftheday, <br />whicheveroccursfirst.Acopyofeachweightticketshallkeptonfileandmadeavailablefor <br />inspectionuponrequestbythe <br />1615.and <br />TheContractorwillsubmittotheCitymonthlyreportsandannualreports.Ataminimum, <br />Contractorshallincludethefollowing <br />Grossamountsofmaterialscollected,byrecyclablematerial(in <br />Netamountsofmaterialsmarketed,byrecyclablematerial(in <br />Amountsof"processresiduals"disposed(in <br />Recyclingservicefee(baseduponcontractedpriceper <br />RevenuesharecreditsbacktotheCity(if. <br />MonthlyreportsshallbeduetotheCitybythe15thdayofeachmonth.Annualreportsbedueby <br />January31.TheContractorwillbeencouragedtoincludeinitsannualreportrecommendationsfor <br />continuousimprovementintheCity'srecyclingprogram(e.g.,education,multifamilyrecycling, <br />1716.of <br />OwnershipoftherecyclablesshallremainwiththepersonplacingthemforcollectionContractor's <br />personnelphysicallytouchesthemforcollection,atwhichtimetheownershiptherecyclablesshall <br />transferto <br />1817. <br />Allrecyclablematerialsplacedforcollectionshallbeownedbyandaretheresponsibilitytheoccupants <br />ofresidentialpropertiesuntiltheContractorhandlesthem.Uponcollectionthedesignatedrecyclable <br />materialsbytheContractor,therecyclablematerialsbecomepropertyandresponsibilityofthe <br />ItisunlawfulforanypersonotherthantheCity'srecyclingContractororowner'sindependenthaulerto <br />collect,remove,ordisposeofdesignatedrecyclablesafterthematerialshaveplacedordepositedfor <br />collectionintherecyclingcontainers.Theowner,employees,owner'sindependenthauler's <br />employees,orCity'srecyclingemployeesmaynotcollector"scavenge"throughrecyclingin <br />anymannerthatinterferesthecontractedrecycling <br />1918.oforB <br />TheContractorshallcleanupanymaterialspilledorblownduringthecourseofcollectionand/orhauling <br />operations.Allcollectionvehiclesshallbeequippedwithatleastoneandoneshovelforusein <br />
