ATTACHMENTB <br />AspartoftheagreeduponannualworkplanbetweentheCityandContractortheremaybeadditional <br />educationinitiatives.Someoftheseinitiativescanbe,butarenotlimitedto;Residentworkshopsonbackyard <br />compostingorpreventingwastedfood,additionalnewsletterarticlesprovidingadditionalinformationabout <br />recyclingandotherzerowasteissues,publicaccesscablevideosonrecyclingtopics,communityforumsto <br />discussandgetfeedbackonrecyclingandzerowasterelatedissuesandservices,SupporttomakeCity <br />sponsoredeventszerowaste. <br />13.ofWorkProduct <br />Ownershipofalldrawings,designs,proprietarymaterials,andotherworkproductsproducedor <br />developedinperformanceofthisContract,includingthoseinelectronicshallberetainedbythe <br />Contractor.Contractoragreesthatallright,title,andinterestincopyrightablematerialwhich <br />Contractorshallconceiveororiginate,eitherindividuallywithothers,andwhicharisesoutofthe <br />performanceofthisContract,shallbeby,andonbehalfofthecitybyTheContractor,forthe <br />durationofthecontractperiodandsubsequentextensions. <br />Ownershipofallreports,andphysicalcopiesofworkproductspreparedorproducedperformanceof <br />thisContract,excludingthoseinelectronicform,shallberetainedbyTheuponcompletionor <br />terminationoftheprojectandfinalpaymenttothe <br />14.of <br />Contractorwillkeepaccuraterecordsconsistingofanapprovedweightslipwiththetime, <br />collectionroute,driver'sname,vehiclenumber,tareweight,grossweightandweightforeach <br />loadedvehicle.Collectionvehicleswillbeweighedaftercompletionofrouteorattheendoftheday, <br />whicheveroccursfirst.Acopyofeachweightticketshallkeptonfileandmadeavailablefor <br />inspectionuponrequestbythe <br />15.and <br />TheContractorwillsubmittotheCitymonthlyreportsandannualreports.Ataminimum, <br />Contractorshallincludethefollowing <br />Grossamountsofmaterialscollected,byrecyclablematerial(in <br />Netamountsofmaterialsmarketed,byrecyclablematerial(in <br />Amountsof"processresiduals"disposed(in <br />Recyclingservicefee(baseduponcontractedpriceper <br />RevenuesharecreditsbacktotheCity(if. <br />MonthlyreportsshallbeduetotheCitybythe15thdayofeachmonth.Annualreportsbedueby <br />January31.TheContractorwillbeencouragedtoincludeinitsannualreportrecommendationsfor <br />continuousimprovementintheCity'srecyclingprogram(e.g.,education,multifamilyrecycling, <br />16.of <br />OwnershipoftherecyclablesshallremainwiththepersonplacingthemforcollectionContractor's <br />
