The Arden Hills Logo should go on the back of the folder. The size of the <br /> folder was also discussed, it should be able to fit in a drawer of a filing <br /> cabinet. It was considered that the outline that was drafted up in the <br /> memo should be the format to follow. The Committee decided for the <br /> next meeting to have some cost estimates for some of the ideas for the <br /> brochure. <br /> The Committee considered having a folder type for the brochure and insert <br /> loose pages into the folder. Jeanne Winiecki made a motion to approve of <br /> a colored folder having loose pages to insert in the folder for the <br /> Marketing Brochure, Dan McCallum seconded the motion. <br /> 5. COUNCIL REPORT <br /> Council Liaison, Beverly Aplikowski gave an update on some of the <br /> Council's agenda items. The Council is considering changing the name of <br /> County Road F to Farrell Drive. A decision will be made about the new <br /> City Hall by September 30, 1996. Final Street Assessments for 1996 are <br /> completed. The Quad Ice Arena is still an issue. The City Hall has new <br /> office hours from July 1 through September 2. The hours would be: <br /> Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and on Friday 8:00 a.m. 12:00 <br /> p.m. The City is still continuing to work on the newsletter, the first issue <br /> is due to be out on August 1, 1996. <br /> 6.
