City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective August 26, 2003 <br /> <br />Calendar/Scheduler Use Policy <br />All employees who have Microsoft Outlook should use the calendarfeature to <br />schedule all appointments and meetings. All meetings, vacations, and appointments should be <br />updated on calendars on a daily basis. <br /> <br />Computer Training <br />Employees are encouraged to seek additional training and educati <br />applications and related technology. <br />responsibilities and, to the extent possible should take place outside the normal work day. <br /> <br />On a case-by-case basis, the cost of training will be incurred by the City dending on the <br />availability of funds and City needs. Prior <br />to obtaining access to the internet or e-mail systems, employees must sign the consent form <br />provided.
