addition to Building I were expected to be finished during Phase I. Of this additional building <br />area, only Building L and the Building I addition have been built. Plans for Building K have not <br />yet been submitted. The Master Plan requires a traffic study be completed at the end of Phase 1. <br /> <br />The Building J addition (90,000 square feet) was moved from Phase 2 to Phase 1 (PC 04-01); <br />however, this addition has not been constructed. Two additions to Building N (14) were also <br />approved for Phase 1 (PC 03-024 and PC 06-033), which added 40,250 square feet to the <br />campus. <br /> <br />Since the Master Plan was approved in 2002, the City has approved 296,250 square feet of new <br />space, of which 206,250 square feet have been constructed. The <br />approved Master Plan PUD for the property acts as an additional governing document for the <br />campus. The proposed addition would meet the requirements of the underlying zoning district as <br />well as the Master Plan. The addition would be setback 63 feet and 4 inches from the northwest <br />property line. A minimum setback of 50 feet is required in the Master Plan.
