The tank as <br />proposed would not be taller in height than the existing screening fence. <br />Regulations: Section 1325.07 Subd 5.Environmental Pollutionof the Zoning Code requires that <br />emissionsor creation of noise, odors, vibrations, glare, dust, smoke, heat and toxic or noxious <br />fumes shall conform to such standards as are from time to time established by the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency. None of these shall be at a level that is objectionable to surrounding <br />properties. <br />Proposal:The proposed outdoor storage tank isnot expected to produce any noticeable odor or <br />noise outside of the building. If any types of objectionable emissions are produced, the applicant <br />would be requiredto reduce or eliminate the emission so that anuisance is not created for <br />adjacent properties. <br />3.Additional Review <br />The Building Official, Assistant City Engineer,and the Fire Marshal have reviewed the <br />application and have noted that the tank installation would need to comply with Building, Fire, <br />and Mechanical Codesand all County and MPCA regulations.
