He <br />indicated that the City may want to consider increasing the height to eight stories for the corporate <br />campus area in the thumb. <br /> <br />Code. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden <br /> inquired if the proposed scenarios aligned with the current <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Smalkoski <br /> explained that the minimum and maximum development scenarios were <br />was beyond the scope of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. He noted that the draft Master Plan was in between the minimum and <br />maximum development scenarios at this time. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung <br /> asked if the draft Master Plan was within the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Smalkoski <br />reported that the current draft Master Plan exceeded the current zoning by <br />approximately 15%. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden <br />questioned how bird issues would be addressed. <br /> <br />Ms. Kunkel <br /> stated that this was a good question and she would investigate this matter further. <br />She discussed how the Council could address the coatings on or the transparency of glass. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden <br /> inquired how commercial solid waste would be managed. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher <br />explained that the City could have different <br />regulations for the TCAAP property and could require commercial recycling in TCAAP. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes <br /> asked where Old County Road H intersects with County Road 96. <br /> <br />Mr. Smalkoski <br /> clarified that the references to Old County Road H should read Old County Road <br />8. <br />
