APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. March 17, 2014, Work Session B. March 31, 2014, Closed Meeting C. March 31, 2014, Regular City Council D. March 31, 2014, Work Session Councilmember Holmes requested a change to the March 31, 2014, Council minutes on Page 11, under Council Comments, stating that her comment should read the Arden Hills Foundation received `a' contribution; not its `first' contribution. MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a motion to approve the March 17,2014,work session minutes as presented, the March 31, 2014, closed meeting minutes as presented, the March 31, 20142 reeular City Council minutes as amended, and the March 31, 2014, work session minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). 5. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll B. Motion to Approve Resolution 2014-022 Recognizing National Public Works Week (May 18th-May 24th) C. Motion to Approve Sprint-Nextel Red Fox Site Lease D. Motion to Approve November 19, 2007, Work Session Minutes E. Motion to Approve 2014 Capital Reimbursement to Lake Johanna Fire Department (Invoice 470) F. Motion to Approve 2014 Capital Reimbursement to Lake Johanna Fire Department (Invoice 471) Mayor Grant read a proclamation in full declaring May 18th through May 24th as National Public Works Week in the City of Arden Hills. He thanked the Public Works Department for their dedicated service to the community. MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
