Ramsey County <br /> acquired this facility and an existing agreement connection and use agreement. <br /> Design Flows and Capacities <br /> • Prepare overall design flows based on design development scenario land uses <br /> • Confirm capacity of the trunk system through the City of Mounds View <br /> • Work with the City of Mounds View on a new agreement for connection, use, and maintenance <br /> of this truck sanitary sewer system <br /> • Confirm capacity of Metropolitan Council Environmental Service's lift station and interceptor <br /> system <br /> Preliminary Sanitary System Design <br /> • A sanitary sewer system will be developed to serve the entire TCAAP site and will be developed <br /> concurrently with the mass grading plan and preliminary design of the Spine Road <br /> • The need for a lift station will be evaluated <br /> • The sanitary sewer system design will take into consideration the development phasing and <br /> absorption, including an early need for the TCAAP "thumb" <br /> • After the sanitary sewer system is finalized,these additional preliminary design tasks will be <br /> completed: <br /> o Prepare a detailed cost estimate of the sanitary sewer system infrastructure <br /> o Prepare a MN Statutes Chapter 429 Feasibility Report <br /> o Prepare a maintenance needs spreadsheet (man-hours and equipment) <br /> o Evaluate if special construction and/or maintenance issues exist in any TCAAP areas due <br /> to the presence of groundwater contamination, and if so, provide recommendations <br /> and estimated additional construction/maintenance costs <br /> 3 <br />
