Of this additional building <br />area, only Building L and the Building I addition have been built. Plans for Building K have not <br />yet been submitted. The Master Plan requires a traffic study be completed at the end of Phase 1. <br /> <br />The Building J addition (90,000 square feet) was moved from Phase 2 to Phase 1 (PC 04-01); <br />however, this addition has not been constructed. Three additions to Building N (14) were also <br />approved for Phase 1 (PC 03-024, PC 06-033, and PC 13-021), which has added 40,250 square <br />feet to the campus to date. The 1,310 square foot addition to Building N (14) approved by the <br />City Council in PC 13-021 will be constructed in the summer of 2014. <br /> <br />Since the Master Plan was approved in 2002, the City has approved 297,560 square feet of new <br />space, of which 206,250 square feet have been constructed. The <br />approved Master Plan PUD for the property acts as an additional governing document for the <br />campus.
