Lot Coverage – Meets Requirements The existing and proposed lot coverage calculations do not exceed the standards set within the I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District. The I-1 Zoning District permits maximum lot coverage of 65% for impervious surfaces and a minimum landscape coverage of 35%. Proposed coverage after completion of Phase 1: Lot coverage = 62.3% Landscape coverage = 37.7% Proposed coverage after completion of Phase 2: Lot coverage = 58.4% Landscape coverage = 41.6% D. Tree Preservation and Landscaping Plan The final tree preservation and landscaping plan will require approval by the City before the issuance of the grading permit to ensure that the plan meets the landscaping regulations stated in Section 1325.05 of the City Code. The tree preservation/landscaping plan that has been submitted by the applicant can be found in Attachment D.
