Comments <br />will be addressed in the subsequent submittal. We have assumed submittal to State Aid will <br />occur at approximately the 95% completion level. All State Aid and City comments will be <br />addressed before completion of the final construction plans. <br />B. Detailed Bid Items and Quantities <br />Detailed bid items and quantities will be provided to the City of New Brighton for inclusion in their <br />bidding documents. <br />C. Final Construction Specifications <br />We will prepare technical special provisions for the project. We have assumed that the special <br />provisions will be provided to the City of New Brighton for inclusion in their bidding documents. <br />D. Private Utility Coordination <br />We will utilize the survey of underground utilities to understand the potential private utility conflicts <br />with the project. We will conduct and attend up to two (2) meetings with private utility companies <br />during the design phase to coordinate the proposed improvements. <br />E. Meetings <br />We have assumed that we will prepare for and conduct up to three (3) meetings with City staff <br />through the plan development process of the project. <br />F.
