Internal lighting would be used to illuminate the freestanding monument sign. <br /> <br />The applicant has not proposed freestanding monument signage over and above what is <br />permitted within the Sign Code. The applicant has proposed a monument sign with a sign <br />copy area of 25 square feet, a total sign area of 37.5 square feet, and a height of 6 feet 10 <br />inches. In multi- <br />tenant buildings or sites, the permitted sign area may be installed by each individual business <br />establishment that has some exclusive use of the primary level of the building. <br /> <br />The applicant has not proposed wall signage over and above what is permitted within the <br />Sign Code. Each tenant will be permitted 45 square feet of wall signage, and corner bays are <br />allowed an additional 45 square feet of signage on the adjacent side. Traffic Study <br /> <br />A traffic study for the proposed Red Fox Business Center development was completed by <br />SRF Consulting and can be reviewed in Attachment C. On page 14 and 15 of the report a <br />summary and conclusions section has been provided. An SRF traffic engineer will be <br />present at the Planning Commission meeting to present their findings and answer any <br />questions pertaining to traffic that the Commission may have. The traffic study was <br />submitted to the Ramsey County traffic engineer for review; however, no additional <br />comments were provided. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
