Based on this mix of uses, 6,562 parking spaces would be required for the <br />office component and 143 parking spaces for the manufacturing activities. The combined <br />parking requirement would be 6,705 parking stalls for Lot 2. Boston Scientific is currently providing 2,808 <br />existing stalls and has identified 1,091 “proof of parking” spaces on their Campus Master Plan. <br />The current number of employees on the Arden Hills campus is approximately 2,200 and Boston <br />Scientific has acknowledged that the existing parking satisfies the parking demand. <br /> <br />B. Traffic, Access, and Circulation <br /> <br />With the proposed subdivision, both lots would retain multiple access points to and from nearby <br />public streets. The primary entrance to Lot 1 would be off of Hamline Avenue North, with a <br />secondary access on County Road F.
