Lot Coverage – Meets Requirements <br /> <br />The existing and proposed lot coverage calculations do not exceed the standards set <br />within the I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District. The I-1 Zoning District permits maximum <br />lot coverage of 65% for impervious surfaces and a minimum landscape coverage of 35%. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />D. Tree Preservation and Landscaping Plan <br /> <br />The applicant submitted a Tree Survey and Tree Replacement Plan as part of their tree <br />preservation and mitigation requirements (Attachment B).
