Lot Coverage – Meets Requirements The existing and proposed lot coverage calculations do not exceed the standards set within the I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District. The I-1 Zoning District permits maximum lot coverage of 65% for impervious surfaces and a minimum landscape coverage of 35%. D. Tree Preservation and Landscaping Plan The applicant submitted a Tree Survey and Tree Replacement Plan as part of their tree preservation and mitigation requirements (Attachment B). The following table outlines these numbers and the additional requirements of the tree preservation ordinance pertaining to tree removal and tree mitigation regulations.
