<br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: June 10, 2015 <br /> <br />TO: Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> Sue Iverson, Director of Finance and Administrative Services <br /> <br />FROM: Terry Maurer, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Changes/Additions to 2016-2020 CIP <br /> <br /> <br />Listed below are the changes and/or additions we made to the 2016-2020 CIP. <br /> <br />A. Parks Department <br /> Added TCAAP park development of $7,000,000 over the years 2017- <br />2019. This is the estimated park development cost from the TCAAP <br />financial model. <br /> <br />B. Sanitary Sewer Department <br /> Added the TCAAP Trunk Sanitary Sewer & Lift Station in the amount of <br />$1,200,000 in year 2016. This is the sanitary sewer and lift station <br />associated with the Spine Road construction. The estimated costs are those <br />presented in the preliminary design information previously provided to the <br />Council. <br /> <br />C. Water Department <br /> Added the TCAAP Trunk Water improvement associated with the Spine <br />Road construction in the amount of $1,000,000 in 2016. The estimated <br />costs are those presented in the preliminary design information previously <br />provided to the Council. <br /> Added the construction of a new Water Tower on the TCAAP site in the <br />amount of $4,800,000 in 2016 to correspond to the development of the <br />Spine Road. The estimated costs are those presented in the preliminary <br />design information previously provided to the Council. <br /> Added a new Booster Station for the water system to provide redundancy <br />to the existing high-pressure zone and to serve TCAAP in the amount of <br />$1,000,000 in 2016. This year corresponds to the construction of the Spine <br />Road and trunk utilities to serve TCAAP. The estimated costs are those <br />presented in the preliminary design information previously provided to the <br />Council.
