Parking – Meets Requirements The Campus Master Plan envisions a total gross building area of 1,783,028 square feet. Approximately 88 percent of this space would be used for office uses and the remaining 12 percent for manufacturing uses. Based on this mix of uses, 6,432 parking spaces would be required for the office component and 219 parking spaces for the manufacturing activities. Parking at the time of full build-out will be provided at 6,651 spaces.
