C. Systems - The company again asked for modifications because of their lower level changes which the <br />' Planning Commission granted. <br />Dreyfus Corporation - The company presented the Preliminary Plat for the Hunter's Park for the development <br />'at Lexington and County Road E. The draining system was discussed as to the coordination between I. C. <br />Systems and the Dreyfus Project. The Planning Commission recommended approval for the Preliminary Plat <br />for Hunters Park. <br />Red Fox Inn - Mr. Goldberg again came before the Planning Commission for the remodeling of the Skelly <br />Station at 3833 N. Lexington Avenue. A public hearing was set for February 5, 1974, at the Village Halla <br />' Would suggest residents be in attendance. <br />Lindey's - Mr. Lindemer appeared before the Planning Commission asking for a public hearing also scheduled <br />for February 5th concerning the property behind Lindey's and its use. <br />Amber Construction Company - Mr. Breens and Mr..Schutta appeared before the commission interested in the <br />development of the nursery property. This item has also been scheduled for Tuesday, February 5th, 8 PM. <br />Public Hearing as to what plans will be used for the property development. <br />Lake use - Miss Ludlow and Mr. Woodburn reviewed questionnaire results of the Lake Johanna property <br />owners and Lake Josephine property owners. The questionnaire will also be sent to the village residents. <br />Again, if you are interested in how Arden Hills lakes are to be used - better get involved. Get in touch <br />' with a Planning Commission member. <br />The Planning Commission continues to work on the comprehensive plan. <br />Village Council Meeting - 14 January 1974 Walt Harmer, Reporter <br />A resolution was passed approving the village's 1974 labor agreement with the International Union of <br />Operating Engineers, Local No. 49. <br />' Approval was given to the Dreyfus Preliminary Plat of the entire Hunters' Park in general and Block 1, in <br />particular, subject to a number of specific stipulations. This development area is located north of Tillers <br />Lane and West of Lexington Avenue. <br />The Village Council is sendinga resolution to the Ramsey Count Board indicating their interest in trans- <br />ferring certain ditch systems to the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />' Aerial maps of the village will be temporarily offs. ed for sale at $4.00/acre with the understanding that <br />working copies can be made only by the purchaser and that copies can't be sold or transferred to any other <br />' party. <br />Village Treasurer Richard O' Kel ly reported that interest actually collected on investments in 1973 amounted <br />' to $68,681.70 compared to $ 30, 168.09 in 1972. <br />
