This matter was referred to Police Chief <br />Sexton and the Public Safety Committee for their recommendations to the Council. <br />Robert E. Approved landscape plan of Red Fox Inn at <br />Lexington and 694. <br />Village Council Meeting 13 May 1974 <br />Ordinance No. 178 was approved amending ordinance No. 92, the intoxicating liquor ordinance. <br />Certain provisions were changed relating to minors, by adding provisions concerning evacuation of <br />licensed premises and consumption after hours, and by increasing the maximum fine assessable in the <br />penalty provision. <br />Engineer Lund reported that Suburban Engineering has made four connections to the village sanitary sewer' <br />at the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park without having the sewer lines tested as required. These sewer <br />I ines are not now in use. <br />Concern was voiced that the village regulation prohibiting storm water run-off draining into the sanitary <br />sewers wasn't being strictly adhered to. <br />Treasurer O'Kelly reported investments of $1001000 on May 2, 1974, for 30 days @ 10.95% interest and <br />$110,000 on May 10, 1974, for 90 days @ 10.95% at the First National Bank of St. Paul. <br />The final plat of Nursery Hill was approved subject to many stipulations. <br />Approval was given to issue a building permit for a 398 sq, ft. addition to the Proto Sheet Metal Building , <br />on Connelly Avenue. <br />
