The AUAR should be a fairly straightforward process given the previous work on the
site; however, agency review is always a wild card and extensive comments could result in delays to the project. The purpose of engaging agencies in the process is to identify and
address any issues early, to help facilitate a ”no surprises” review during the public and agency comment period. The Kimley-Horn team will conduct up to 4 agency/stakeholder
meetings (assumes up to 2 staff, up to 3 hours per meeting, and includes agenda preparation, meeting attendance, and summary notes).
Likewise, we will meet with City and County staff during the AUAR process to confi rm key milestones and discuss the city’s responsibilities as the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU).
Up to three staff meetings will be held, assuming up to 3 staff, and up to 3 hours per meeting for preparation, attendance, and meeting summaries. Time is also included for general
coordination with agency staff as analysis is taking place. Meetings will focus on the following topics, among others:
Staff Meeting #1 - Confi rm the scenarios that will be evaluated in the AUAR
Staff Meeting #2 - Review AUAR fi ndings and discuss mitigation options
Staff Meeting #3 - Review comments and responses
No public meetings or hearings are required as part of the AUAR process, and none are proposed in this scope. If timing of other public meetings for Task 2 efforts align with key steps
in the AUAR process, elements of the AUAR may also be presented in that meeting. We will inform the public of AUAR progress via updates to the City’s website (up to 3 updates).
0 12 24 24 4 0 0 0 0 0 0 64
