City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective February 29,2016 <br />retirement, or death. <br />Training Period A six-month period at the start of employment <br />with the city (or at the beginning of a promotion, <br />reassignment, or transfer) that is designated as a <br />period within which to learn the job. The training <br />period is the last part of the selection process. <br />Transfer The position within the same class as the position <br />previously held. A transfer does not result in a <br />change in pay range. <br />Weapons Weapons are defined to include all legal or illegal <br />firearms, switchblade knives, or any other object <br />that has been modified to serve as a weapon or <br />that has the primary purpose of serving as a <br />weapon. <br />5
