City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective February 29,2016 <br />EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />General Policy <br />For the effective administration and implementation of City policy, and to serve the <br />citizens, each individual employee must cooperate to the fullest with all fellow employees <br />and the public. City employees have a high degree of visibility to the general public and, <br />therefore, must exercise particular care and caution to ensure that all work undertaken is <br />accomplished expediently and with efficiency. To achieve this goal,employees must adhere <br />to established rules and procedures and follow the instructions of their supervisors. <br />Employees Are Required To: <br />1. Render prompt and courteous service to the public at all times conducting <br />themselves with decorum, patience, and every possible courtesy. <br />2. Perform their assigned duties to the best of their ability at all times and to <br />continually strive to improve their performance. <br />3. Read, understand and comply with the rules and regulations as set forth in <br />this Personnel Policy as well as those of their department. <br />4. Report all unsafe conditions to their immediate supervisor. <br />16
