TCAAP Property Entrance and Exit Design Enhancements. Each <br />primary vehicular access point ta the TCAAP praperty shall be designed <br />with a gateway feature, consisting of a combination of signage, <br />landscaping, lighting and public art, designed to create an attractive and <br />identifiable entrance and to enhance the praperty's overall image and <br />appearance. Such designs shall include the following eiements: <br />� 1. CraTeway signage comprised of sueh rnaterials as brick, stane and <br />metal with landscaping araund the sigr�. The signs shall include <br />exterior arehiteetezral-style iighting. <br />2. Enhanced landscaping near the entrance pt�ir�ts that include trees, <br />shrubs and flowering plants. Landscape materials shali be grouped <br />around gateway signs to create a visuai facai point oriented tg the main <br />entrance. <br />3. Pedestrian-scale ornamenta] street lighis. <br />4. Public art or architectural elements that evake the natural <br />environment and history of the TCAAP site. Such elements rnay be <br />integrated ir�to gateway signage and lighting. <br />5.
