For a variety of reasons, not the least of which is TCAAP, I want <br /> to ensure that we think about the longer-term needs of the city and try to plan our organizational <br /> chart appropriately. I would like this process to include the ability to develop options, and allow <br /> input from Council, employees, PTRC, and other interested parties.
