COMMUNITY PARKS <br />Use <br />o tennis courts <br />o hockey rinks <br />o park bldg./warming house <br />Community parks are larger in size and serve a broader purpose than <br />neighborhood parks. They are designed to meet the recreational needs of several <br />neighborhoods or larger segments of the community by allowing for larger <br />community gatherings. They can also be designed to preserve unique landscapes <br />and open spaces. <br />Development <br />Community parks serve both active and passive recreation uses.
