B. Open sales, rental or storage lots, including but not limited to cars, <br /> buses, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, <br /> mobile homes, machinery, lumber, building materials, landscape materials, <br /> and similar items. <br /> C. Vehicular sales, lease rental or repair, including but not limited to the <br /> items listed in (b) above. <br /> D. Truck terminals, freight terminals and freight forwarding services. <br /> E. Building supply stores and yards. <br /> F. Outside storage. <br /> G. Warehousing and wholesaling exceeding seventy-five (75) percent of <br /> the building in which it is located. <br /> H. Mini-storage facilities. <br /> I. Bulk storage buildings, yards and terminals, including but not limited <br /> to, forest, metal, concrete, agricultural and petroleum products, chemicals and <br /> similar products. <br /> J. Manufacturing that requires outdoor storage of bulk, raw or finished <br /> materials used in or resulting from the manufacturing process. <br /> K. Manufacturing or processing that generates hazardous waste without a <br /> valid Hazardous Waste Generator's license from the Ramsey County Public <br /> Health Department. <br /> L. Uses that the City may determine are incompatible with its objectives <br /> or with development as it may occur, thereby imposing or establishing new or <br /> unforeseen standards. <br /> Subd. 6 Development Standards. <br /> A. Minimum project and lot size. <br /> 1. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Section, a mixed- <br /> use project within a GB District shall contain a minimum of twenty (20) <br /> acres. The proposed land uses in such a project and their mix, intensity <br /> and relationship may require varying lot sizes within said project, none of <br /> which lots shall be less than five (5) acres in size except as otherwise <br /> permitted herein. <br /> 34 <br /> 1s6721v2 <br />
