Public Engagement <br />The consultant firm shall provide alternatives for public participation in the process. <br />These alternatives should represent different levels of involvement, complexity, and <br />costs. Examples of possible alternatives include: formal public hearings, open houses, <br />and other means of technology used for public input such as online surveys, social media, <br />or a dedicated project website. Consultant firms are encouraged to propose creative and <br />innovative approaches for public engagement. <br /> <br />III. Required Proposal Content <br /> <br />A. Project Approach <br />The proposal should reflect the consultant firm’s understanding of the requirements of the <br />project and address how the scope of work is to be accomplished, including the process
