The work plan includes the following <br />plan elements that are specifically required by the Metropolitan Council: <br />• Land Use <br />• Housing <br />• Transportation <br />• Wastewater <br />• Surface Water <br />• Water Supply <br />• Parks and Trails <br />• Implementation <br /> <br />Other changes to the proposal include a reduction in the number of City Council and volunteer <br />committee meetings and the removal of the public open house. The proposal does include the <br />option to add an open house if the City Council chooses at an additional cost of $2,000. Public <br />engagement will be provided for primarily online through a dedicated project website known as <br />mySidewalk. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />In the proposal presented on February 21, 2017, WSB included a project budget of $131,050. <br />The revised proposal has a total budget of $100,300. The water supply model would be an <br />additional $6,000 if the City determines this work is needed.
