B. Height Meets Requirements
The maximum height for buildings in the I-Flex District is 45 feet. The proposed addition would
have a maximum height of 19 feet—8 inches.
C. Setbacks Meets Requirements
The minimum setback for principal buildings in the I-Flex District is 50 feet in the front yard,
and 20 feet in the rear and side yards. In planned unit developments, the building setbacks from
the internal lot lines are less of a concern. The primary concern is the setback measurement from
Northwoods Drive and Interstate 694, and the adjacent properties to the west and the east of the
property. The proposed addition would meet all setback requirements.
Northwoods Interstate 694 Western Eastern
Drive(Front) (Rear) Boundary(Side) Boundary(Side)
Proposed Setbacks 180 feet 50 feet 50 feet 240 feet
I-Flex District
Requirements 50 Feet 20 Feet 20 Feet 20 Feet
D.
