The amendments were required to facilitate the <br />redevelopment of the site by the Master Development Team, comprised of Alatus, LLC, Inland <br />Development Partners, and Tradition Development Corporation. The Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment is currently being reviewed by adjacent municipalities and other affected <br />jurisdictions, after which it will be submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review. <br /> <br />
