This is a general framework to be used for proactive planning and incorporation of public input into the three <br />project phases. It is anticipated that as the phases progress and planning for specific meetings is coordinated with <br />the Master Project Schedule and vetted through City staff and Council, that changes to these techniques may occur. <br />Changes may also be made based on public participation and feedback. <br />5.0 Schedule <br />Public involvement activities are tied very closely to other project activities and milestones in the AUAR, Master <br />Planning, and Regulations & Policies phases of the project. As such, each of the meetings and techniques described <br />in Section 4.0 are reflected in the Master Project Schedule, included as Appendix A. This master schedule will be <br />updated periodically to reflect the most up-to-date project information and progress. <br />6.0 Evaluation of Public Involvement Techniques and Outcomes <br />The PIP will be evaluated and updated up to three times over the course of the project, to gauge the effectiveness of <br />the current activities and determine if anything about the process needs to change in response to stakeholder <br />feedback.
