Public Involvement Plan 4 May 2013
Quantitative:
·How many people attended the meeting? (based on sign-in sheets)
·How many different entities (neighborhoods, agencies, etc) were represented (if a larger meeting)?
·How many additional meetings have taken place since the last PIP update?
·How many meeting notices were sent? Were any returned?
Qualitative:
·What kind of feedback was received? Positive or negative? Any common themes or trends?
·Was the location of the meeting appropriate?
·Have stakeholders expressed any particular challenges regarding their participation in the process?
Both quantitative and qualitative measures will be summarized in a meeting summary, which will be drafted following
each meeting and submitted to the City for review. Qualitative input will be collected from staff who attended the
meeting, via email following each meeting. Specific measures will be discussed as necessary. Updates to the PIP will
be made as necessary based on these discussions.
Results of the quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria will be tracked and cumulative results and trends will be
considered when subsequent updates to the PIP are made. Any schedule changes will also be reflected in the
master project schedule, which will also be updated in the PIP appendix.
