<br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: June 21, 2016 <br /> <br />TO: Parks Trails and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />FROM: Sara Grant, Parks and Recreation Coordinator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Off Leash Dog Area Proposal Review and Recommendation <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />To review the latest draft of the off leash dog area proposal and make a recommendation to City <br />Council for possible implementation. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />One of the work items that the PTRC requested/presented to the Arden Hills City Council at the <br />joint work session on April 18, 2016 was input on the possibility of the committee working on <br />researching off leash dog areas for Arden Hills. The Council consensus was to allow the PTRC <br />to put a proposal together and bring back to Council for review and approval.
