WSB is committed to providing fl exibility for the City of Arden Hills. We will connect
Bryan and our GIS Team directly with the Arden Hills staff, allowing for a continual streamlining process.
In addition to our technical team, Justin Hansen will act as the Project Principal/Client Advocate. Justin will be
involved in the review of the existing system, high level decisions, and overall quality assurance. Bryan and Justin
have worked together 10 years at WSB and have completed numerous projects together. Both Bryan and Justin
understand the importance of providing over-the-top customer service to WSB’s clients.
We have developed a creative approach to this project to involve and engage Arden Hills staff throughout. Our
overall goal is to assist the City of Arden Hills with providing a hosted, web-based GIS solution. We are proposing
to implement our DataLink web mapping application that will provide all Arden Hills staff access to the City’s
authoritative GIS data layers from anywhere, both in the offi ce and in the fi eld. In addition, we are proposing that the
Public Works department implement WSB’s Work Orders Add-On for DataLink. The Work Orders add-on will allow
the Public Works department an intuitive and easy to use work management platform.
A Proposal to Provide GIS Services to the City of Arden Hills
