Project Approach / 18 <br />Unlimited Phone Support <br />WSB will provide unlimited phone support for City <br />staff on an as needed basis. Byran and Mike quickly <br />respond to any and all technical support and training <br />requests. WSB will respond to 80% of support requests <br />within one business hour and all requests within eight <br />business hours. All support requests are tracked with <br />our Issue Tracking system (JIRA) software. This helps <br />us document issues, requests, bug fi xes, software <br />improvements and monitor the level of service we <br />provide to our clients. <br />User Group Meetings <br />WSB holds regular user group meetings to provide on- <br />going training, connect people, and inform our clients <br />about new developments in GIS. <br />Training Session 1 <br />Training session for all Arden Hills staff focused on basic <br />use of the DataLink application. This training will instruct <br />users to browse through the GIS data, accessing linked <br />documents, generate mail labels, and access tabular <br />information. This will serve as an introduction to Arden <br />Hills’s GIS and allow staff to become familiar with terms, <br />uses, and the high-value that GIS will bring to their jobs <br />daily. <br />Training Session 2 <br />Hands-on training on the DataLink Work Orders add-on. <br />The instructor will work one-on-one to guide the Public <br />Works staff who will be using the Work Orders add-on. <br />If the City chooses to maintain their existing ArcGIS <br />Desktop licenses, we will also cover how to use ArcView <br />and ArcGIS Online with the DataLink platform. <br />Q&A / Review <br />WSB staff will hold a question and answer / review <br />session with City staff to get feedback, answer questions, <br />and review content. <br />Training <br />Part of any successful GIS implementation is providing the client with the skills necessary to utilize their new technology. <br />DataLink was developed to be accessible and user-friendly. The well-defi ned maps and a unifi ed UX allow for swift training, <br />while speedily getting staff up-to-speed and working in real world situations.
