Description-The proposed project includes the demolition of the existing Lake Johanna Fire <br />Station to make room for a 4-lot single family home development in Arden Hills. The site is <br />approximately 2.83 ±acres and will disturb 1.65±acres. The project will decrease the impervious <br />surface by 0.351 0.533±acres, from 0.853± acres to 0.502 0.32±acres, effectively reducing the <br />volume entering the adjacent wetland. The project drains to a large 1.1 ± acre land-locked <br />wetland located on site that has no outflow, but is located in the Lake Johanna Resource of <br />Concern. The applicant has submitted a$1,100$250 application fee, which corresponds to les,, <br />than 1 acre of new/redeveloped impervious surface single family residential projects and less <br />than 2.5 acres of land disturbance. <br />2.
