From:Leland Holden <br />To:Matthew Bachler <br />Subject:Fwd: fire station property. <br />Date:Tuesday, March 27, 2018 9:49:38 AM <br />Mr. Bachler <br />I am opposed to granting the variance for the lot split at 3246 New Brighton Road. <br />The applicant knew when they purchased the property what the width was and what they where allowed <br />to place on the property. <br />The applicant knew that the previous planning case on this property asking for 4 lots was denied and yet <br />came forward with the same variance. <br />Houses this close together do not fit into this neighborhood and completely change the feel and look of <br />the neighborhood, <br />Allowing the squeezing 4 lots into this space is too cramped for the general character of the area and <br />does not fit in at all with the surrounding properties. <br />The applicant should not be able to a 4 lot split when they knew what they bought. <br />Please deny this variance. <br />Jim Holden <br />1881 Beckman Ave
