The City is finalizing updates to its 2040 Comprehensive Plan and expects <br />completion by December 2018, and this development, coming shortly after the <br />recent re-subdivision of property to the north, indicates a need to review both the <br />plan designation and zoning district designation for the area properties. <br />7.
