Your request for a grant to construct the above <br />bridge replacement is approved subject to determination of contract cost. Submit an excel format low <br />bid abstract electronically to Michael Ayers Michael.Ayers@state.mn.us after the opening of bids so <br />final determination can be made as to the amount of the grant. <br /> <br />Upon determination of the amount of the grant, a grant agreement and resolution by the governing <br />body agreeing to finance any cost in excess of the grant is required before the grant can be authorized. <br />Your MnDOT agreement number is 1031751 and should be referenced in the upper right hand corner <br />of the bridge bond grant agreement. Please submit 1 original copies of the grant agreement to my <br />office for approval. The template for the 2017 grant agreement can be found under the quick links on <br />the State Aid website.
