Lot Coverage The proposed additions would result in an additional 6,304 square feet of structure coverage on the campus. Landscape lot area would decrease by 6,357 square feet. The proposed impervious surface coverage would be 21.58 percent and the landscape lot area would be 78.42 percent. The approved CUP for the campus limits the total lot coverage of impervious surfaces to 25 percent and requires a minimum landscape lot area of 75 percent. As proposed, the new additions would not exceed the lot coverage requirements for the campus. D. Height The maximum height of the addition for the aviary facility would be approximately 12 feet – 6 inches. The maximum building height permitted in the Institutional District is 35 feet. The height of the sciences addition to the Academic Commons building will be evaluated at the time a Site Plan Review application is submitted for the addition. The addition is expected to be the same height as the existing three-story Academic Commons building. Section 1325 – General Regulations A.
