Our project understanding and scope of work have been <br />crafted based on recent conversations with John Morast and an on-site meeting. Bolton & Menk <br />proposed separate tasks to provide planning and survey services for a total estimated fee of $36,250. <br />The individual task estimated costs are shown below. <br /> <br />We understand the warming house was recently destroyed due to a fire. The City plans on rebuilding <br />the warming house and possibly relocate it to a higher elevation to help reduce instances of localized <br />flooding of the warming house. With the reconstruction of the warming house, the City desires to <br />Master Plan Hazelnut Park for improvements to the park and parking lot. Finally, the City has been in <br />discussions with Trinity Lutheran about dedicating a portion of their parking lot to the City. <br /> <br />With our discussions, Bolton & Menk, Inc. is proposing the following services for Hazelnut Park: <br />• Project Management/Meetings $ 2,560 <br />• Topographic Survey $ 9,792 <br />• Concept Development $ 7,610 <br />• Parking Lot Re-Plat $13,988 <br />• Estimated Project Expenses $ 2,300 <br /> <br />In service to City of Arden Hills, we appreciate the City’s consideration of our proposal to provide <br />planning and survey services for the Hazelnut Park Improvements. If the City is agreeable with our <br />proposal, Bolton & Menk is ready to enter into an agreement to perform the work. We look forward to <br />working with you on this project.
