The general liability insurance and professional liability insurance shall include a <br />statement that such policies will not be cancelled until after thirty (30) days written notice to the <br />City of the insurance company’s intention to cancel the insurance coverage. <br /> <br />6. Northstar Inspection Services Inc. shall provide the City with Certificates of Insurance of <br />Insurance evidencing that the required insurance is in effect and will continue in effect during the <br />term of this agreement. <br /> <br />7. The City shall be named as an additional insured under the general liability insurance <br />policy. <br /> <br /> V. EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATION DATES <br /> <br />1. Effective Date: This agreement shall be effective no later than _____________, and shall <br />continue in full force and effect until terminated pursuant to paragraph V.2 below. This <br />agreement shall supersede all previous contracts or arrangements for building inspection <br />services. <br /> <br />2. Termination: This agreement shall continue in full force and effect unless: <br /> <br /> A. Either party gives thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation to the other party. <br /> B.
