In addition, the Applicant is proposing to use metal accent panels and large windows. The <br />proposed additions are similar in scale to the existing building. To ensure the materials match the <br />existing building, staff is requiring the Applicant to provide a materials board prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit. <br /> <br />3. Sign Code – Chapter 12 <br /> <br />1. Wall Signage – Flexibility Requested <br />The site is located in Sign District 1. Each property is allowed wall signage measuring up to 8 <br />square feet in area. The proposed plan is requesting flexibility with wall signage to allow a <br />sign depicting the school mascot. The location of the mascot sign is identified above, However, <br />the scale in the elevation is incorrect.
