Attachment A <br />BILL OF SALE <br />The CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("Seller"), part owner of the <br />following described property: <br />1999 Sreco Easement Machine (VIN 4H5EB1217XL099171), ("Machine") <br />upon review and approval of the sale by City Council and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand <br />Dollars ($ 1,000.00) to be paid by the CITY OF WHITE BEAR LAKE, a Minnesota municipal <br />corporation ("Buyer"), upon review and approval of its purchase by City Council or purchasing official, <br />does hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey its part interest in the Machine unto Buyer, in an "AS -IS" <br />condition without representation as to condition or its fitness for a particular purpose. Seller warrants <br />that it is the owner in part of the personal property described above, that the personal property is free <br />from all encumbrances and that Seller has the right to sell and convey its interest in the personal <br />property to Buyer.
